Welcome to Starting Strength Gyms
YOUR FIRST ORIENTATION SESSION
Your coach will welcome you to the gym upon arrival at your scheduled time. During your free orientation to Starting Strength, you'll learn how to perform the deadlift and the ideology behind our programming. Your coach will ask questions about your current activity and help establish your training goals. By the end of the session, you will have a basic understanding of Starting Strength and learn how how you can benefit from strength training.

During your introduction to Starting Strength, you'll learn the basics of Starting Strength, as well as how to perform the squat, the press, and the deadlift. By the end of the session, you will have established a baseline of strength for each of the three lifts.
